About

Andrew Ellis

I’m a researcher and lecturer at the Bern University of Applied Sciences, where I work on cognitive science, AI in education, and intelligent tutoring systems.

My research sits at the intersection of how people learn and how AI can support that — drawing on Bayesian models of cognition, educational psychology, and machine learning.
